Clickview

Clickview is an on demand video service provided free of charge for all our learners. Learners can log into ClickView by logging into GLOW and selecting the ClickView tile. There is also a ClickView app for phones and tablets - learners use their GLOW details to log into the app. The service is made up from 3 distinct parts:

West OS

West OS is an online school, created by teachers, providing recorded learning experiences for children and young people. We believe that all children and young people should be able to access high quality learning experiences regardless of circumstances, and believe that the principles of high quality learning and teaching should be reflected in our recorded learning experiences. West OS has been a collaborative, teacher led response to feedback from children, young people and their families and from practitioners and is now cemented as the recorded element of the National e-Learning Offer in Scotland.

Each West OS video:

  • is 10 minutes of input from an experienced teaching practitioner.
  • is designed to support learners to develop skills, knowledge and understanding relating to a key learning concept.
  • can be used as a standalone learning activity.
  • is best used as part of a wider learning experience.
