Achieved National 4 Business.
Higher Business Management
What will I learn in this subject?
Understanding Business, Management of Marketing, Management of Operations, Management of People and Management of Finance.

Achieved National 5 Business Management at an A-C grade.
Advanced Higher Business Management
What will I learn in this subject?
Unit 1 – The External Business Environment - Globalisation and its effects on business and reasons for growth of multinationals, Foreign direct investment, Joint ventures, Current developments in the EU, Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and China.
Unit 2 – The Internal Business Environment - Management theories such as Mayo, Mintzberg, Taylor and Weber, Tuckman’s Team development and Belbin’s Team roles and Managing change.
Unit 3 - Analysing Business Information - this includes exploring SWOT, Financial Ratios, Forcefield Analysis and market and business trends.
How will I be assessed?
SQA Assignment - 40 marks
SQA Exam - 80 marks
SQA Exam - 80 marks
What are the entry requirements for this subject/level?
Achieved Higher Business Management at grade A or B.
